I have bought OD and I use it at home. The thing is, I spend about 8 hours/day at work and would like to install it here.

Just wondering if it's ok to do so (having 2 installs with the same licence) at 2 different places.

As long as you are the only one who uses your machine at work, you can have t installed at home on a PC and at work on a PC.

Yup, I'm the only one who uses this computer.

On a related note, it gives me an error "login failed" in Stardock Central, even tho all my info is correct. Does the moving to new servers that I read in another thread has anything to do with it or is it a code 18?

Thx.

Are you behind a firewall or proxy that could be blocking you?  There is no reason that you shouldn't be able to log in if you are using your correct information.

Usually there is no problem with this, i.e. Sysmetrix can get updated weather info without any problem.

Could it be that since my computer is still on at home there is a conflict?

I did copy and paste my s/n so there wouldn't be any mistakes... hmmm...

the proxomitron wasnt allowing me too logon apparently it was a proxy issue

I don't think it's a proxy or firewall thing since I can "check for applications update" no problem. Of course, it only shows me the shareware versions, since i'm not "logged in".

The plot thickens

Edit: Never mind.. I guess i'll have to scratch having OD at work.. sigh. God, my desktop is sooo boring here

If you are running a firewall or proxy, that is most likely what is preventing
it.  The database functions for checking the logon info and serial numbers
is different.  What you describe is a classic firewall/proxy interference.
